The full range of Shelton equipment is available for hire with or without operator.

A popular method of hiring equipment is through our partnership scheme, Shelton provides the specialist equipment and skilled labour, and you provide any additional equipment and labour required. Working in this way can reduce costs significantly over direct contracting, whilst maintaining quality.

Shelton also hires tractors, all on wide turf tyres, with creep speed gearboxes, ranging from 45hp to 130hp.

Shelton Contracting

Shelton offers a full contracting service, and are members of the Land Drainage Contractors Association.

We undertake primary and secondary drainage on any sportsturf amenity, including pipe drainage, sand slitting and gravel banding. Call us for a free quotation.

Golf Green Drainage

We have developed two machines for draining golf greens, the Gravel Band Drainer and the System 25. The latter can install 25mm perforated drainage pipe, backfilled with Lytag, a technique called Lightening Drain. In most situations play can resume almost immediately.
